How we check reviews

Only clients who used a service can review it: we send a personal link after a finished session or project. These reviews carry the “Verified client” badge.

Our team reads every review before it is published. We publish positive and negative reviews alike and remove only reviews that break the law or our rules, such as insults, personal data or advertising.

We do not pay for reviews. If a reviewer receives loyalty points, the review says so.

Anyone can report a review. Reported reviews are checked again.
